What time do I have to leave the room (check-out)?
The time to check-out and leave the room is until 11a.m.
Can I leave the room later?
It is possible to check-out later for a fee depending on the check-out time and subject to availability.
Do you accept pets in your hotel?
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Can I connect to Wi-Fi?
Yes, it is available for free throughout the hotel.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have parking with a supplement of € 18 / day, depending on availability upon arrival at the hotel.
There is also paid public parking near the hotel.
What are the rates for children?
They will be considered babies from 0 to 5 years old and children from 6 to 11 years old. From 12 onwards you will count as an adult.
Are cots available?
Yes, we have cots available for free. Request it when you make the reservation.
What are the reception hours?
Our reception is open 24 hours.
Can I store my ski?
In winter, if you come to Andorra with the intention of skiing, we have locked lockers to store your snowboard or ski under the payment of a deposit that will be returned upon departure.
What are the restaurant hours?
Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Dinner: 7:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
